Our Story
Started with a Handshake. Grown on Reputation.
K Diamond Build and Design was founded on a simple belief: that great construction comes down to trust, craftsmanship, and showing up every single day. What started as a small residential crew in the East Valley has grown into a full-service general contracting company serving clients across the Phoenix metro — from custom homes in Scottsdale to commercial complexes in Mesa.
The diamond in our name isn't just a logo. It's a standard. Every project we take on — no matter the size — gets the same level of attention, care, and accountability. We don't cut corners. We don't disappear after the contract is signed. And we don't hand you off to a subcontractor you've never met.
Our clients come back to us. Their neighbors call us. That's the business we've built, and it's the one we're proud of.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Craftsmanship First
We take pride in the details — the ones you see and the ones you don't. Every nail, every joint, every finish is done right.
Honest Communication
No surprises. We tell you what things cost, how long they'll take, and what to expect — before we start, not after.
Arizona Roots
We live and work here. We know the climate, the codes, the subcontractors, and the communities we build in.
Client Accountability
You'll always know who to call. One project manager, one point of contact, one team accountable from start to finish.
On-Time Delivery
We build realistic schedules and stick to them. Your time matters, and delays cost everyone.
Long-Term Relationships
Most of our work comes from referrals. We build for the long game — doing right by clients so they send us their friends and family.
The People Behind the Work
Our Team
K Diamond is built on the people who show up every day — experienced project managers, skilled tradespeople, and a support team that keeps everything moving. We hire for character as much as skill, and we invest in our crew because they're the ones delivering on our promises.
